French Tech Firm Mendo Secured €3.5 million Investment for GenAI Adoption

Mendo, a Paris-based firm secured €3.5 million in second fundraising round. The firm operates in the niche business in training and preparing teams of companies towards adoption of new softwares and generative AI programs.

The UK-based fund Emerge Education, a pioneer in the field of education, spearheaded this investment round with the help of established investors Tomcat Ventures and well-known Business Angels like Claudio Erba, CEO of Docebo (NASDAQ: DCBO).

Quentin Amaudry, CEO and co-founder, Mendo stated that they strongly believe in generative AI can unlock its full potential provided it is properly analysed and systematically used by the teams.

He mentioned that this fundraising will support in boosting more organizations in digital transformation process towards easy and sustainable adoption of modern technologies.

Mendo wants to guarantee a seamless and long-lasting integration of these technologies in an environment where many firms are still having difficulty implementing generative AI.

Around sixty five percent of the organizations are expected to frequently use AI in 20204, doubling from the last year. The McKinsey poll revealed that seventy two percent firms in the world guided their teams in adopting the new technologies. Mendo boasts of positioning as a major company in digital transformation of bigger companies, with its SaaS products train the company employees in using the new software technologies to its optimum.

MendoGPT, its application, is made especially for generative AI adoption in programs like Microsoft Copilot 365.

With the €3.5 million raised, Mendo will be able to expand its workforce, especially abroad, where 10% of its revenue now comes from, and increase the number of employees it trains in the upcoming year, bringing its total number of trained employees to over 15,000 since its founding. In order to assist its sales and deployment efforts, the company intends to hire 20 new staff members, mostly sales professionals, along with developers and marketing profiles.
